2 April 2022 | Video (CC EN)In the first article on the global pandemic treaty of the World Health Organization, I found fears largely confirmed that the WHO could become a health-supergovernment and establish a permanent pandemic regime. Another worry I had found expressed was that it could be used to further the transhumanist agenda of the World Economic Forum. Unfortunately, a search of semi-official sources revealed that such warnings are warranted.

Still they were sentenced by a tribunal to pay damages to a Canadian mining company for a ruling of their highest court, which imposed mining restrictions in protected areas.

EU Advocate General sees obligation to accept cash for public entitities but also wide-rangig exceptions

October 2, 2020 | The EU Advocate General, who prepares decisions of the European Court of Justice, has established a fundamental obligation of public authorities to accept euro cash. At the same time, he has adopted the exceedingly creative anti-cash position of the EU Commission with regard to possible exceptions.

EU Advocate General to issue his recommendation in my case on September 29

June 15, 2020 | The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Justice, composed of 15 judges, today held the oral hearings on the questions referred by the Bundesverwaltungegericht (Federal Administrative Court) in my case against Hessischer Rundfunk regarding their refusal to accept payment in cash. The Advocate General announced that he would issue his recommendation on September 20.
